The hotel offers great value for the price paid, with excellent swimming pools, a beautiful design, and an excellent beach. the room cleaning service is reported to take good care of the rooms and facilities like the pool and beach are well-maintained. the breakfast options are varied and offer something for everyone, with a wide range of choices from pastries to hot dishes.

Some guests have reported issues with the staff being unfriendly and unhelpful.

The WC in the room is much too small and you can hear everything that happens in the WC!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the clean and stylishly designed rooms, comfortable seating, and very friendly staff. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complementary Starbucks tickets upon arrival.

Here, we had an outstanding time with exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect escape to relax and recharge. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were exceptional. the Beach access was easy, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas just steps away. The poolside snack bar and the lobby bar were always ready to serve us the finest espresso machine drinks, restaurant-quality lunches, and delicious buffets for breakfast and dinner. Cons: There was only one minor issue: the staff struggled with English communication, particularly the reception. But, as the hotel offered all the exclusive facilities and services we needed, this did not affect our overall experience.

The hotel had a good pool and it was not far from the beach. They had a beach transfer service all the time, which was a plus. The food was ok, and the hotel was new, less than four months.

The WiFi was really bad all over the place, and they didn't clean the floors of the rooms often enough. The service level was not as good as expected, and some of the staff members were rude, especially the reception employee.

The hotel's location was perfect - close to the beach and with stunning views of the sea, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Christmas decorations were wonderful too, adding a festive touch to our stay. We also enjoyed the variety of food offered at the buffet, with plenty of options for different tastes.

Communication with some of the staff was difficult as their English was limited. This made it challenging when trying to make bookings or ask for information. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that some of the advertised amenities, like the ironing service and some of the restaurants, were not available during our stay.
